Hello everyone! My husband took his truck in for service. It was not repaired as promised, he took it back again, and it’s still doing the same except thing. We’ve taken it back close to 5 times & still no one knows what’s wrong We have lost over a months worth of income dealing with this. You would think since they are the Dealership, they know what’s wrong with the truck they made the truck. Please people go elsewhere take your truck somewhere else where they can find out what’s wrong with it if not, you’re you are going to be on a merry-go-round with this company.
Stopped here for an emergency service for A/C problems.They told me it’s take about 6-8 hours to diagnostic.And waiting time to 5-6 days.I’m asked if any mechanic can come out and check it for giving any idea what is going on with my a/c.They didn’t even want to talk properly with the client. Moreover, it was very hot outside about 100f. I read the forums what people write about my problem. As a result, I bought a parts, went to another repair shop, they repaired my truck there and it cost me $160.I don't recommend this place to anyone.Parts department is a different story.There is good people and very helpful.They help me a lot with parts and gives me advise what to do with my problem.Expansion valve on ac was replaced and system was recharged.My estimate to fix it was about 1600$-2000$ at this dealer.
Worst shop I've ever had my truck in. Had to fight to get my problem fixed correctly. Truck left with more problems then it went in with. Had more down time then I should have over the tech not properly inspecting the problem causing the parts to be delayed on being ordered if your an owner op I would suggest go somewhere else you can't afford this place.
What can I say Matt is the best salesman in all of Kansas possibly all the Midwest. I flew in at 9:30 that didn't stop him from coming out giving me the keys giving me a crash Course on the how to's in what not's and I was gone thanks again Matt my boss is definitely buying more trucks Especially when I showed him I was getting 10.2 MPG in some areas. Got the truck with 528 miles 7 days later just look at the pics 3700 miles not one problem thanks Matt you're the best And so is Peterbilt I love this MX13.
Slow service. These people would rather talk to each other then talk to you, the customer. If you get your truck serviced here, prepare to be out of a job for 2 weeks. Multiple trucks, same darn situation.
